Currently I am ...
- focusing more on my marriage. Let's face it once the baby is here, daddy takes the back burner and really that isn't right
- reading Russian books to my baby
- planning the holiday parties and dinner menues
- doing lots of shoes shopping looking for a perfect pair of riding boots. Any suggestions?
- realizing that at the quarter century mark in my life (next week. eeek!) I have so much to be thankful for
- making an effort to be friendly and make friends, putting extra thought and time to revive old friendships
- enjoying a Bible study class
- praying for wisdom
- loving the perfect fall weather
- looking on the positive side and counting my blessings
- eating an entire box of candy. not even sorry
I got my riding boots from Nordstrom last year. Not sure if they're still available but they're leather and they were less than $100 and come in brown and black.

Stopping by from Fab Fridays Linkup! I got some RL riding boots last week during Macy's boot sale. I think Lord &Taylor is having a similar sale this week! Though I love your grey booties in these pics.

I've heard lots of gushing about Tory Burch's riding boots but personally I don't the budget for that kind of splurge at the moment. Looks like the ladies above have some great suggestions though! On a different note, these are such pretty pictures Anna! Your polka dots and wedge booties make this outfit super cute :)

I love those shoes so much! If I ever wore heels... well, a pair like that would be at the top of my list!
ReplyDeleteI'm curious about the reading your baby Russian thing... do you speak Russian? Either way, so cool - I love the idea of talking to your baby in another language!
As far as boots go... my favorite riding boots are by Naturalizer. They are a little expensive, but they are super comfortable and I have a good feeling they will last for a long time!
This outfit is too cute! I love the polka dot chambray layered with the sweater. You also have the world's most perfect skin- I'm so jealous!

Good luck with your list, some of those things sound like what I will be trying to accomplish for the rest of my life! Also, I have booties like those, and they are what save me during the dead of winter when I hate every other shoe in my closet!
