Welcome back to another work week! Although it seems like the entire blogging world is partying down in New York City during NYFW. I'm so excited for fall with so much trends like denim on denim, lots (and lots) of red, as well as some old trends coming back. Flares! Who knew that if I kept my flares from about seven years ago, they would be such a hit?! Now if only they would fit this postpartum belly. Hello and welcome to the Fashion Week (it is actually entire month of shows, travel and new trends). If I was going to the New York Fashion Week (maybe one day!) this is what I would wear. It's still really warm out but everyone will be sporting fall trends. I love the denim on denim look, and open toe booties for this season. Also, plaid is everywhere! (Have you seen Kate Spade look book?) Lastly, you can't go wrong with a sparkly maxi skirt which can be downplayed with a simple tee.

Although I'm not going to be physically present at the shows, I will be watching most of them online. If you had to pick just one (any one) designer, who would you go to see at NYFW? Mine is, Oscar de la Renta! The legendary designer created timeless and classy pieces that I always loved to draw inspiration from.
